We offer products underwritten by a range of insurers.
3. Which service will we provide you with?
You will not receive any advice or a personal recommendation from us, instead, we will ask questions to help us to narrow down the choices available to you. The provider of your plan will vary depending on your circumstances and your geographical location. We will not give you advice as to the suitability of any plans you choose to accept.
4. What fees will we pay?
You will not pay a fee for our services for International Private Medical Insurance, Travel insurance and Life Assurance needs. We will be paid commission from the insurance company.
5. Who regulates us?
HealthCare International Global Network Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Our FCA Register number is 314761. You can check this on the FCA’s Register by visiting the FCA’s website https://register.fca.org.uk/.
Our permitted business is assisting on and arranging on non-investment insurance contracts and general insurance. We are an insurance intermediary and act on behalf of the insurer.
The Financial Conduct Authority classifies private medical insurance and travel insurance as unregulated contracts. FCA, 2 Endeavour Square, Stratford, London. E20 1JN.
6. What to do if you have a complaint

7. Are we covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)?
In case of a complaint, for International Private Medical Insurance and Travel insurance you will not be covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). Also, a complaint for International Private Medical and Travel insurance, may not be eligible for review by the Financial Ombudsman Scheme (FOS) but may be referred to the appropriate Insurer.
8. Conflict of Interest
We have a legal and regulatory obligation to take all appropriate steps to identify and to prevent or manage conflicts of interest from arising. In the event of any of our business interests or activities creating a potential conflict of interest we will ensure that we take all appropriate steps to manage the potential conflict by maintaining robust systems, controls and staff training. In the unlikely event that we are unable to prevent the potential conflict, we will fully disclose to you, the general nature and/or sources of conflicts of interest and the steps taken to mitigate those risks.
